Course Overview
This foundational training equips participants with the awareness, language, and tools needed to engage meaningfully in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Through self-reflection and group dialogue, participants will explore their own identities, unpack systemic dynamics that impact equity and belonging, and practice inclusive behaviors that contribute to a healthier, more equitable workplace culture.
