Participants will examine how mindsets, interpersonal dynamics, and systemic patterns influence who feels seen, heard, and valued at work. Through reflective exercises and practical tools, this training empowers individuals to build stronger relationships, inclusive communication habits, and cultures of belonging—by design, not by chance.
