Personal Coaching

I help first time managers & small business owners develop their mindset to become leaders of high performing teams and thriving businesses. Clients I help are looking to increase their confidence, reduce their Impostor Syndrome, and improve management skills. This has resulted in pay increases & promotions (the most exciting included a $40K base pay increase!), higher employee engagement scores, and KPI attainment.

Not only will you achieve practical results, you will get to experience whole person coaching. The idea that our work life and home life are completely separate is outdated and inaccurate. Often habits and behaviors we have in the workplace transfer into our personal life (and vice versa). With that in mind our sessions will span the full scope of you as a full person and leader.

I am an ICF credentialed coach with over 10 years experience in HR/Consulting/Coaching industry. Addicted to learning, I hold eight certifications and joke that I have more letters after my name than in it. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Cornish College of the Arts with an emphasis in Theatre. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA from Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (Evening MBA, Class of 2021).

My work is guided by my core values which are Integrity, Trust, and Kindness. I promise to hold you accountable and challenge you with questions your friends and family probably wouldn’t ask you. In return I ask you invest in the process in both time and energy. Clients who are ready to make big change and do the work are the clients who see the biggest results. I’m excited to work with those people who are enthusiastic and ready to go!
