Dr. Louis is more than an educator, he is a builder of leaders.  As the founder of a non-profit and mentorship initiatives, Dr. Louis has managed programs, trained leaders, and forged partnerships with schools and juvenile detention centers that restores hope, builds resilience, and unlocks purpose in at-risk, minority youth.

For more than 11 years, Dr. Louis has been developing workshops that cut through theory and deliver real tools, strategies, and conviction.  His style is bold, His message is clear and His purpose is undeniable!
